It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

I loved this place, which was fenced behind the backyard for extra privacy. Very close to Tulane and only an 11 minute walk from the streetcar line on S. Carrollton. It's a super safe area and very peaceful. The small studio made the most of the space provided, and was also very cozy, had a very nice ambiance. Pool was right outside the door, which was perfect for cooling off in June. I took advantage of the pool multiple times, I had a fantastic experience. Overall, I would love to get this place again in the summer.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location quiet and peaceful for a great night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even left a few nice personal touches that made me feel especially welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in the area. Loved this beautiful, comfortable house and gorgeous backyard! An oasis in the artsy, fun Bywater. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the clubs on Frenchman St. It was the perfect space to share with friends visiting from Europe on their first visit to New Orleans. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The place truly feels like a home, not a generic rental.

Beautiful & Spacious Home in Uptown New Orleans

One of the best spots to stay New Orleans. Safe location and lots of restaurants in the area. It was very clean. We noticed the great smell upon entrance! 😊 very spacious, lots of closet space and storage. Perfect parking, gated drive way. We had a great stay! Steve was very polite and friendly. Quick response time.

I was beyond pleased with my experience. Patricia was an incredible host. Communication was top notch. She was concerned about every aspect of my stay and checked in frequently. The little bungalow is ADORABLE. Close to everything! The airport, my son's home in St. Rose, and also downtown New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to access, and the neighborhood felt safe and was, most importantly for me, quiet. I was worried about staying in a hotel during Mardi Gras because of the noise. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. The value was honestly far better than staying at a hotel. I loved the peaceful outdoor space out back. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. I won't hesitate to book again for my next visit. Already planning on it. Thank you for a great stay and I'll look forward to the next one!

I’m still struggling to find the words, but my friends and I feel truly blessed we got to share space in this gorgeous sanctuary this past weekend for my bachelorette party. To be there in a space that has clearly been a safe haven for so much art and expression and community was an experience I’ll never forget. The house is so truly special and I can’t believe how lucky we are to be able to have experienced it. A true work of art. Words cannot describe and photos can’t even begin to do it justice. Bea was an incredible host, and as an avid New Orleans enthusiast, I couldn’t have drawn a better place to be in my wildest dreams.
