A great place to stay if you are in the area. Owners are very accommodating, house was clean, and very private which we loved. No issues during our stay and Virginia was even nice enough to set a time for our children to see the donkeys that they have on their property when we asked if we could visit them. 100% will stay here again!

Sharon and her Husband were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome and extremely helpful for any questions we had. Very accommodating setup for Fisherman bringing a truck and trailer. Plenty of space for parking. Very well stocked kitchen area. The view of the river was amazing. We felt as is we had the entire property to ourselves even though the lived on the premises. They let us keep the boat in the water all weekend to avoid boat ramp traffic on a holiday weekend I will definitely rent this agian.

It was a quiet and lovely space with a ton of amenities (pool, mini golf) and close to downtown Williamsburg and local and state parks. The kitchen was great! Some of the other appliances inside were less quiet (vacuum, washing machine, dryer), but it was nice to have the appliances!
