Vacation rentals with an EV charger in New Haven

Mark was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The apartment was very clean. Neighborhood is cute and quiet. The private beach is an added bonus. Would stay again.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Leslie’s unit was perfect for our little getaway! Well stocked with all the goodies and essentials! Loved the fireplace in the library - super cool and glad we got to see Ridgefeild in quintessential New England winter weather!

We had a little difficulty figuring out how to get in, but once we figured it out, it was great. The rooms are very nice; the gym is great; Scott was very responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. B A-G

The location and value cannot be beat. Walkable to the best spots in New Haven.

This apt. is in a very convenient location for Yale or downtown New Haven. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small market just down the block. King beds were comfortable, apt was nicely decorated (so nice to see some color in an AirBnB!), very clean and the kitchen had plenty of amenities (electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Both showers were spacious. The combination kitchen/dining/living room area was smaller than expected but plenty big enough for two adults to be very comfortable. If using the parking, you'll need to park on the street when you first arrive to get the garage parking pass from inside the apt but we didn't have any trouble finding street parking during arrival or departure. Josh was a good, proactive communicator.

This apartment was perfect in every way. It was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated! The location was outstanding - walkable to restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive to all questions. We’ll be back!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Arthur was very easy to communicate with as well. Would highly recommend.

⸻ Great Stay in a Lovely Black Rock Neighborhood We really enjoyed our stay at 65 Calderwood Court. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, and the beds were cozy after a full day of exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Seabright Beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Staying during Black Rock Day was a nice bonus; we could easily join in the festivities and then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home. Allie was responsive and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay here again when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous lakehouse! Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. The lake was lovely, and the house was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The furnishings and decorations were far nicer than you often find in an airbnb; it felt like a true home. Everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the lake was provided, from canoes and kayaks to inner tubes, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all manner of cooking utensils and basic spices/condiments. Linda and Dick were great--very communicative and easy to get ahold of, but left us to our privacy otherwise. Would absolutely go back again!

Our stay at Ellen’s Lake House was perfect. It was comfortable, clean and the view of the lake is amazing. My husband enjoyed fishing and we both loved being on the water. Ellen was helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean when we arrived. Luiz kindly left a sled for my kids to use in the yard. There is plenty of outdoor space and the yard has a good deal of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a den/office with a TV. The kitchen has everything we needed. Luiz was very easy to communicate with.

We live in the neighborhood of Liz’s house and held a 3 day reunion of 17 old friends staying both in her place and ours. Yes, it’s even better than the pictures! Lots of large, spacious rooms for gathering, wonderful outdoor pool with tons of seating, exceptional kitchen where of course everyone tended to congregate. Am already thinking about a future large family gathering. Liz was a gracious, helpful and generous host. We can testify from long experience living a few houses away that the neighborhood, beaches and sound make a wonderful setting for a gathering. Very appreciative that Liz and family share their house with others this way.

We have had several family vacations on the North Shore now, but this was beyond our expectations. Pretty much a private beach on LI Sound in your backyard. Amazing layout with a wrap around deck with three daybeds for lounging outside among the tall hardwood trees and listening to the waves. Hammocks, hot tub and sauna below with a private gym and knocked out theater setup for streaming movies. There were 5 adults and two three year olds on this trip so the 3 full baths were great. The house felt like home for 7 great days and nights. Rainy days were filled with train museums, an aquarium and butterfly gardens and a fabulous library. And the North Atlantic waves are a 25 minute drive. Oh , and everyone said the beds were super comfortable.
