Great places to shop and eat or catch a show at one of New Haven’s renowned museums or broadway theatres or relax. Great restaurants along the shore. Enjoy! We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Stroll along the lovely nearby sea wall. 10-minute drive to Yale and all downtown New Haven has to offer. 5-minute drive to Lighthouse Point Park.

Basement unit across the street from Bridgeport University, 1 block to Seaside Park and beaches, 5 min walk to amphitheater, and 10 min walk to Metro North or LI ferry. Includes kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven, desk, couch, wifi, tv with Roku , iron, hairdryer, and full bathroom. We are pet friendly up to 2 with additional $25 per pet.
