Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

We accept animals, however, they will have to tolerate our Jack Russel, the 4 cats, the 2 chickens who can play the curious around the terrace. Charming quiet cottage in the middle of the Auvergne volcanoes in the village of Champagnac. It has a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is a former mining city that is close to several lakes for swimming in the summer (car) and several hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts within an hour by car.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
