Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Simplify your life in this peaceful home The accommodation includes a separate entrance to a house that gives you access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a sports area. In the bedroom you have a dining area and the possibility of reheating your dishes thanks to the microwave and cutlery. However, there is no equipped kitchen or water point apart from the bathroom. The Annex is located 10 minutes from Murat, 20 minutes from the slopes. Its south/east exposure allows the sun to quickly enter the house and provide incomparable brightness. Parking is easy, in summer and winter, with a closed garage. We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a meal basket for 2 people (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cottage cheese/seasonal fruit verrine, bottle of wine) for €38.

L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic

Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. From there, a ladder leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people, with futon-type beds on wooden floors. This gîte is attached to a residential house dating from 1826.
