You’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm EU double bed, a kitchenette, complete with dining table, microwave oven and dishwasher, washer/dryer, and designer cooking gear. A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good way to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.

Good View Place 1 Icking/Munich

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.
