Has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, as well as bathroom. The apartment is about 68 square meters, is on the ground floor. In the nature reserve in front of the door, you can let your soul dangle. Nature lovers also have their joy here.

Downtown Karlsruhe can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by bus in 10 minutes (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m are two large discount stores.

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
