The approximately 92 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house in a small settlement between Seefeld and Weidach right at the edge of the forest. It consists of a large open-plan living/dining room with cozy tiled stove and small kitchenette with hotplates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a bathroom with two sinks, toilet and shower, and three bedrooms.
