When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. Generously sized, well maintained and modernly equipped, it offers the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday with her loved ones. Here you can recharge your batteries, enjoy pure nature or gather unforgettable impressions in the surrounding attractive excursion destinations.

Timber construction trailer

The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.

The accommodation is a great starting point for hikes and sporty mountain biking or motorcycle tours.
