Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Neu-Ulm

I had to find a vacation rental for my clients at short notice. There were also changes to who and when arrives. That was no problem with Markus! Very friendly, the apartment was highly appreciated and praised by my customers! I highly recommend it!!

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. The balcony is beautifully oriented to the south/west. Everything was there that was needed. The location is nice in the residential area, pleasantly quiet. Jonas was very friendly and I could always reach him very quickly. He always tried to help us with our concerns. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!

PARKING right outside. Close to Legoland very clean and relaxing. Only downside is that there is no phone signal inside but they do have wifi to connect. Recommend 100%

Super pleasant communication with Peter. Check-in and all the necessary information went smoothly. We booked for our colleague Petra, who felt very comfortable. We would have liked to have booked longer, but unfortunately an extension did not arise. Gladly come again!

We were looking for something central – and found it. The apartment is a real gem. Completely furnished and with a lot of love. There were three of us. In the evening you can sit nicely on the balcony. The view of the other houses is not so beautiful, but there is plenty of greenery and it is quiet. Claudia is super easy to reach as a host and always responded quickly.

Great apartment, everything clean, great communication. I've been here three times and would love to come back!

very warm welcome, friendly, open hosts. Ambience wonderful. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached in 1 minute from the castle. Very large garden. Very quiet location but excursions in all kinds of directions wonderfully feasible. Swimming lake 10 minutes by car. Anytime again, just beautiful!

The address was easy to find and on site was already waiting for a friendly Ukrainian, who showed us around the house and was available for questions. Both apartments were well appointed and well suited for a weekend stay.

A beautiful place to stay for our family, so close and convenient for Legoland. And it has the biggest bathroom I have ever seen. Thank you for having us.

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

A very nice place to stay, it had everything you needed and more. You are dependent on a car, as the connection to public transport is very limited. We used our vacation to drive from there to Ulm, Blaubeuren (Blautopf) and Legoland. Everything can be reached in a short time. We particularly liked the private and quiet environment, so you could relax on the terrace and also quickly be in nature. The hosts showed the whole place once at check-in and explained special features and were available at any time. All in all, a great place to stay that we will gladly recommend.

Very quiet location. Friendly owners. Nothing was missing. A very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Has a nice tiny house ambiance. I can only recommend it.

We were very nicely received as a large family (3 couples + toddler). The house and garden are very good for such an occasion and offer plenty of space. The furnishings and garden are very lovingly designed. We will definitely come back, because 3 days were just too short. Thank you very much Sonja

Martina's place in Ulm is absolutely great! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shops around and many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and grocery shops. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Danube where you can walk for hours on end. We also worked from the apartment with 2 laptops and the wifi is great. The apartment itself is super clean and spotless, it has got everything you need and more. Martina has really put thought into having guests staying in the apartment, so many things had a really nice touch to them. Martina is a great host, she is super friendly and always available and gives helpful tips. I can highly recommend Martina and her apartment if you stay in Ulm, I will be very happy to stay again!

Wow! This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. It was first class feeling in a way my wife felt safe and very comfortable while having a unique vibe with the beautiful loft and vaulted wood ceiling. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and we would definitely hope to stay here again!

Great apartment in a lovely location. Everything as in the photos, apartment felt larger than indicated in the photos. Communication and hospitality are great. We will be happy to come back.

Indians don't come to Ulm often, but if you come, you should definitely come here. It's so clean and nice!! The feedback is also good, and parking is no problem if you have a small car.

We had a great stay at this place! The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the central location – many sights, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance in 20-30 minutes. Communication with Gerda was uncomplicated, friendly and fast, we felt completely comfortable and welcome. The quiet neighborhood and the good parking facilities are also worth mentioning. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and would be happy to come back!🙂
