Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor with lift accessible. In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and WiFi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 minutes to the center in Ulm and the Ulm Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 minutes. Everything was very nice. Check-in was in person and very nice. Rooms for this price are great. Absolutely clean, both room and hallway and bathroom. Bed is also comfortable. A very nice service that is not a given these days was breakfast. That was also good and the coffee was also very tasty. Personally, I liked that the host printed something for me, which saved me a lot of time. RECOMMENDATION :)

Had a very nice week at Ben's apartment. Communication worked smoothly and easily and we were able to arrange a flexible check-out. In the apartment, everything necessary is available to have a comfortable stay and feel at home. Especially good: Towels and linens looked absolutely new and Wi-Fi and Smart TV worked fantastically. You should definitely be in the necessary condition for an attic apartment, but it didn't get too hot there even in summer, as it could be fantastically ventilated through the many (roof) windows. I would always love to come back. :)

I booked with Yvonne for the first time and everything worked out smoothly and easily. The place is very clean, neatly decorated and modern. Yvonne briefly introduced herself in person after check-in and was available for open questions, very personable. The shower has a slightly weak water pressure. But this is less to be seen as criticism, but rather as a comfort problem on my part😊. Thank you, Yvonne 🤗
