We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

An ideal place to relax... Welcome! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious dining room with open kitchen and 1 living room, both with access to the terrace and garden. The large bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 lounger that can be folded out to the double bed. The small bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet as well as 1 separate toilet. The garden is huge, with unobstructed views of the vast countryside.

The property is located in a villa recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stralsund with its varied history, the unique location on the water, and the imposing buildings of the brick furnishings. Just under a 10-minute walk from the train station, an in-law is located in a prime location. After 1 km you are in the centre of the old town with the Gothic City Hall and other historical attractions, the tourism center and numerous restaurants.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
