My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

I travel a lot and I can say straight away when house has a soul. I have met my host and her family who are very approachable and happy to help. Both have spoken fluent English. Accommodation is a separate unit/loft conversion with a big windows facing fruit tree garden. My car has been allocated in the secluded back yard which has been gated over the night. I have met also family dog which is still a baby, soft and playful. I can recommend for short or long breaks.

Excellent place to stay for even a long trip ! Close to main transport lines and an active main street, but located in a private and calm residence. The apartment feels spacious and comfortable to live in. A special thanks to the friendly host for their hospitality, easy to talk to and very responsive to our messages.

A charming tiny house is positioned among trees, featuring large glass doors that offer views of the interior. Adjacent to it, an outdoor sauna with a rounded wooden design is visible. Soft exterior lighting enhances the serene atmosphere of the setting.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende auf Florians Wohnschiff. Die Kommunikation lief schnell und freundlich, wir konnten früher einchecken und später auschecken, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir hatten Lebensmittel dabei, um uns ein tägliches Frühstück mit Spiegelei zu machen, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer waren vorhanden. Wir hatten unser SUP dabei und sind in 30 min auf die Halbinsel Werder gepaddelt. Dort kann man spazieren, Eis oder auch zu Abend essen. Auch den Italiener nahe des Bootshauses, den uns Florian empfohlen hat, haben wir probiert und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten zwei gute Nächte, das Bett ist zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich und kuschelig. Morgens von den Wellen und den Wassergeräuschen geweckt zu werden, hat uns gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen dieses Schiff sehr gerne an jeden Boots-und Wasserliebhaber und die, die es noch werden wollen, weiter 😀

Had a wonderful stay at Antonia's beautiful apartment. Very central but quiet and peaceful at night, great restaurants nearby. Antonia was very good at communicating and making sure we had an easy check in despite arriving late in the evening. Flat is stunning, great space and beautifully decorated with lovely balcony to sit out on in the evening and watch the world go by.
