Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). The community and environmental is extremely serene and fully equipped for a beach vacation in South Florida. It has a private beach, various pools and tennis courts, a golf course, gym, restaurant, and many more amenities. The apartment itself is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom utilities, bedroom utilities, and a pull out couch.

This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

Wide River View House in Nettles Island. Charming old Florida area. Incredible view of the River facing South. In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.

Location, privacy, ocean. Due to health concerns, pool seen from aerial shots not available Nov-May because owners will be in residence in the main house.
