The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it could get pretty cozy. Saunas and the hot tub have rounded off the whole thing superbly 😊

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most of the niche. Spectacular!!!!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located on a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It is great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantity and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great base to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

The small cottage offers everything for a short vacation, super practical, also suitable for cooking meals. Quickly in Ulm, or other destinations in the area. We are very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation, thank you Roland

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We were even actively supported in filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We'll be back for sure and say thank you for a wonderful vacation with you!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

We were completely happy with the place. It was as described and the apartment is easily accessible. Communication was impeccable and we can recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is in a great location, corresponds exactly to the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the adjacent hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to share the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price – very convenient! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, a completely successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

It is a nice and neat apartment in a beautiful area, overlooking the mountains from the balcony. If it's warm outside, it will quickly get warm inside, but the pool provided wonderful cooling!

Very nice and cozy house, 30min car drive from füssen, the surrounding is very beautiful and peaceful with greens and cow. I was travelling with a baby, it’s wonderful that Veronica provided baby cot and baby chair, and even books and toys for baby to play with (had some peaceful time while baby focusing on the toys 🤣). Coffee and tea provided, kitchen tools are complete and we love that there’s dishwasher! We also love that there is washing machine, but no detergent, advice to bring own detergent because shops closed at 8pm in Germany 😅. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

I was there for the second time and this time it was beautiful again! I love this place, the starry sky, the sweet decor with a lot of love for detail, the tranquility and relaxation that you find there, just everything! The second construction trailer is at a comfortable distance, you have enough privacy! Getting by without electricity and running water underlines the whole experience! Looking forward to the next visit!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modern furnishings and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were personally greeted, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is totally centrally located, you can walk to everything: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We could even have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

I was there with my partner and we thought it was incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practical. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, like a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the existing kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother you. The communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

The apartment is very well maintained, with a small hallway, on the level of which the very nice bathroom is also located. You can then reach the living level via two steps. Kitchen, dining room and living area are combined in one room. This is very bright and flooded with light. Very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean and in perfect condition. Everything is very neatly processed, whether joints, fixtures or pictures and deco, which are set up, everything is perfect. The bedroom is also very spacious and bright. All rooms are lovingly decorated with small details.

Absolutely recommended! We felt well taken care of, everything was clean and everything you could want was there! In a brief encounter, the landlord directly confirmed our first impression of a friendly and courteous person. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful place to relax surrounded by nature! Good location, wonderful chalet with everything you need. If you need more consumables (spices, cooking essentials, such as additional toiletries like toilet paper), we recommend buying them.
