Special cottage with plenty of space for the extended family is idyllically located inside the forest with large bolting area outside, and good hiking and sun conditions. The cabin is without electricity and water, but with gas for refrigerators, stove and wood burning there is no problem. Multiple seating areas . Dining for 12 ( possibly 16) 7 beds on 2 floors, and 3 mattresses for floors provide opportunities for multiple families as well. In the first floor there is 1 bedroom with dobl and baby bed. Nice hiking opportunities. Duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets and towels must be brought.

Sjøly is a cosy family cottage from 1947 at the end of a peaceful cottage area by Storsjøen in Sør-Odal municipality. Here you can relax on the porch, go for walks in the woods and fields, swimming or fishing. The cabin has its own fixed jetty and floating dock, boat is included in rent. If you have small children, there is a suitable bathing area 200m away. Great Lake is renowned among German fishing guests as one of the Nordic region's best pike fishing waters. The cabin has a bio toilet and running water from the seaside. Drinking water is collected from nearby water hydrant.

Cabin on great beach - 45 mins from Oslo

Modern cottage right by the large beach with all facilities. Large windows with stunning views! The cabin has one of the best locations in the area (Nes Beach Gardens) with free view to the beach and Glomma. Sun on the terrace and in the garden from morning to evening. The cabin have two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with open kitchen solution and loft with good ceiling height. Outside the cabin there is a terrace of 25 m2 with a large umbrella, fireplace, garden furniture and sun loungers. Garden of about 120 m2 with outdoor shower and various plants and shrubs.

Great and modern year-round cabin with 4 beds. Good sun conditions all day and beach view from the couch. The cabin is new from 2021 and has good standards. 2 bedrooms + loft, open plan kitchen and a bathroom. Large window surfaces from floor to ceiling that provide good room feel. Newly built large terrace with sun loungers. Beachfront with fishing opportunities, swimming and boating is right outside the cabin door. Great hiking opportunities. NB: This is not a party cabin. We only rent to housemates who know how to look after someone else's property.

Idyllic cabin paradise

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at this unique place. Here you can drop your shoulders and take in the peace and quiet. This is a great recreation spot for restocking and enjoyment. A few days here, you are like new - away from all the hustle and bustle. Gamle Hvam is next door, which is an old grand farmhouse that has now become a museum and is worth a visit. There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

Ingen biltrafikk ved hytta og besøksgård kun 15 minutters gange fra hytta. Er man heldig kan man se både rådyr og elg i området. Hytta har fullt kjøkken med varmtvann, oppvaskmaskin og stekeovn. Fullt bad med klosett, vask og dusj. Samt vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Hytta har ett soverom og en hems.

If you prefer to drive, it's all the way up. In winter there is ice skating on the same water - where the famous Amundsløpet is held every year. There are great skiing trails nearby.
