Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Neptune Beach

We had a wonderful long weekend at Attila’s place. The apartment location is perfect, just a few blocks from the ocean and lots of great bars and restaurants. Attila was a fantastic host with great communication. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Jacksonville.

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

The home is beautiful and spotless; and just a few minutes drive to the beach! We enjoyed the beautifully curated space with everything you could need for a family vacation. Thanks for everything Ivelina!

My family and I stayed at Stephanie’s house for over a month and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The location is super walkable to the Jax Beach pier, bars, restaurants and we especially loved walking our daughter to Gonzales Park which is newly redone with pickle ball court and huge playground. Everything is so close! Can’t say enough good things!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved it, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

The rental was very clean and has great amenities!!! Nice pool and workout room. The bed was super comfortable!!

Our stay was very relaxing. This place is two minutes away from the beach! The best part was the porch where you could sit for hours to enjoy the cool breeze, loved it. Unfortunately there was construction going on in the area most of the days so make sure to look at the host's description before you book it. I missed it. Despite the morning noise, the place was a gem.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ron was very responsive. The suite felt like home away from home. We did not realize it was in a house with the other suites so close together, but everybody was pretty quiet so we did not mind it. The suite was clean and had anything you may need. Bed was comfy, suite had plenty of space, and everything we wanted to do was less than 15 mins from us. There were tons of things to do within walkable distance as well. The house is in a nice area and we would definitely stay again!

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
