Great stay! Wonderful place, the view is just amazing. Pool and house was super clean, did not miss any equipment. Picking fresh oranges and lemons was super bonus. And the best part for us was chickens! Super nice attraction looking for fresh eggs in the mornings for the kid. Thank you for the stay, Vaso!!!🫶

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft und der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr geräumig und man hatte durch den Ausblick ein Gefühl von Freiheit. George war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Direkt vor der Villa verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße. Wer empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Uns persönlich hat dies aber nicht beeinflusst und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt hat uns der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

Mooi authentiek huis dat voorzien is van alle gemakken, gelegen aan de rand van een klein rustig dorpje. Volop privacy en zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cyprus. The location was perfect, and the view from the patio was absolutely stunning, one of those places where you genuinely enjoy just sitting and soaking it all in. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Koula, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, she was kind, attentive, and truly made the stay feel special. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice, local touch to the trip. We had some genuinely great interactions with them. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

Великолепный дом с великолепными хозяевами ! Провели в этом замечательном месте 4 дня и не хотели уезжать. В доме есть все для комфортного проживания, приготовления еды, и даже больше ! В деревне есть несколько хороших таверн, до моря на машине 10 минут, а тропы для пеших прогулок доступны прямо из деревни. В деревне есть два магазина, где можно купить товары первой необходимости ( воду, алкоголь и местное вино, масло, хлеб, закуски, оливки, колбасы, овощи, батарейки, и пр) Из дома открывается потрясающий вид на море и горы. Хозяева на связи, отвечали на вопросы, и готовы помочь при необходимости !

Die Tatsache dass wir bereits zum 2. mal die Unterkunft gebucht haben spricht fürs sich selbst. Sehr sauber, toller Pool und gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein super schönes AirBnB mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Alles ist super sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Das erste Mal, dass eine Unterkunft 1zu1 wie auf den Bildern aussieht! Sind sehr glücklich gewesen und würden immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Zyprischer Traum! Tolles Haus, süße Dorfkatzen, sehr ruhig, sehr gemütlich und eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Die Terasse teilt man sich ab und an, das ist wichtig zu wissen. Zum Supermarkt im Dorf kann man auch gut zu Fuß und es ist alles sehr schön. Hat uns total gut gefallen!

Beautiful house located in one of the most peaceful village in Cyprus. Highly recommended if you would like to enjoy pure nature both on the beach and mountains. Amit gave me full information about the house and useful information of the village well in advance. I was so grateful for his help throughout my stay there😊

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Rooftop-Villa im idyllischen Fischerdörfchen Latsi! Die Unterkunft bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und eine beeindruckende Schlucht hinter dem Haus – perfekt für entspannte Abende auf der großzügigen Dachterrasse. Die Villa ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist ideal – nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Hafen, tollen Restaurants und dem Strand entfernt. Gleichzeitig ist es angenehm ruhig, sodass man die Natur und das mediterrane Flair in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Absolute Empfehlung! 😊

Excellent beachfront villa located in quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket, etc. Although on the small side villa contains all amenities required for a long stay family holiday. Host was responsive and quickly addressed a small issue during stay. Would be happy to return again in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

Everything as described… really easy to check in and always received a prompt response to any queries. Was really pleased on check in… lovely to be greeted with local quality wine.. fresh fruit.. bread,… jam and milk and butter and other essentials… tea (a variety) coffee… sugar.. Even fresh flowers The location for me was perfect… a peaceful location however a short drive to the amenities… Further away from the airport but still a beautiful area to explore with some lovely restaurants on the sea front In terms of the Villa… it felt very spacious and nice….lots daylight flooded in… basic furnishings but well furnished around the fantastic pool.. nothing else needed really I found the beds comfortable… the space airy and fresh.. exactly as described and looks like the photos… I have nothing to complain about.. I would happily stay there again… my adult children enjoyed it also as a base to explore… this is a peaceful and perfect retreat We hired the Villa for a month.. perfect

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the villa, lovely location, lovely neighbours, peaceful and relaxing. Great location for latchi & exploring the island by car I would highly recommend a stay here. Pool was too chilly to swim as late in the year, but the kids still had fun pool side. Sea was warm. We arrived at night by taxi and signage to find the villa is hard to spot, even with extensive location details from Peter the driver struggled. Make sure you provide them with a location pin. We got a bit chilly at night, a few extra blankets available in the cupboard would be useful. Don’t hesitate to book villa jardin

We had a fabulous stay at this comfortable and well-equipped villa in August 2023. The hosts were responsive to queries and helpful in providing homely touches for us. We really appreciated the welcome pack and very clear instructions to find the place, as we arrived quite late in the evening. The villa has everything you need for an amazing holiday and the views are just spectacular. Some things that might be useful for other guests to know: There is air con in all three bedrooms and it's really effective. Bathrooms are brand new and finished to a very high standard. No bath (might be useful to know for guests with very young children) but the showers are huge so very easy to hose the kids down in them. There's a washing machine, no need to bring hundreds of loads home with you to do, dry them in the Cyprus sunshine! There are hairdryers in each bedroom, one less thing to pack. We had a fun morning out at the Kathikas Donkey Sanctuary, highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wij hebben een week gelogeerd in de Airbnb van Gemma en Sally. We moesten bij aankomst even zoeken, maar hebben het daarna prima gevonden. Je hebt echt een auto nodig om hier te komen, deze kan je op eigen oprit parkeren. De villa is ruim opgezet, zowel beneden als boven. Er is een slaapkamer met badkamer op de begane grond en er zijn twee grote slaapkamers met beide een eigen badkamer op de eerste etage! Deze grenzen aan het grote terras met prachtig uitzicht. De keuken was zeer ruim en alle benodigde voorzieningen zijn aanwezig; kruiden, olie, pannen, enz.. Badkamers zijn zeer schoon. Het bed sliep wat hard, maar dat is erg persoonlijk. De tuin en het zwembad zijn ideaal! lekker groot en heel privé! We hadden geen buren tijdens ons verblijf, waardoor je echt kon genieten van de rust en privacy. Gemma was makkelijk per app bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Dichtstbijzijnde grote supermarkt is 20 minuten rijden, net zoals het stadje Polis (met meerdere restaurants). Super verblijf!
