The place was spacious and well designed. You would really see that the place is high class with an affordable price. We enjoyed our stay, we were planning to go somewhere in Cebu on a specific time but we decided to stay in the room because it is so cozy. The internet was really really fast and can support WFH. The advertised speed was 300 MBPS but it can reach 340 MBPS. Security is tight, cannot go inside if not invited by the guest. 10/5 stars if i would rate it. Highly recommended place.

We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

It was a nice room, we only spent one night. The property is cute, we haven't used most of the amenities. It was comfy and peaceful, everything was almost perfect if not only about what happened with the bathroom. There's something wrong with the suction of the toilet and it should really be fixed. Caused us a mini heart attack and embarrassment LOL. First time I had experienced a clogged toilet. It needs a permanent fix also for the next guests. All in all, it was good. 5 ✨⭐

Great accommodation. Awesome view, pool and gym are great. Friendly staff. Tzu-Liang was very good at replying and addressing anything. I stayed here for nearly 2 months, great long term stay. Only thing is the construction going on at the moment, which can get a bit annoying. Other than that, can’t fault it.

The units are very modern and well designed. A really great place for a group of 3-5 people. Very accommodating staff and an overall very clean and well kept building complex. The host is very easy to communicate with and he is also very proactive if you were to run into any troubles during your stay. The washrooms are very tidy and if you’re staying when it’s really humid in Cebu the water pressure from the showers are amazing. I would definitely book again.

Staff was responsive to repair our door that did not lock. Had it fixed within about 10 minutes. The only negative I have to say is use caution entering the pool. They used glazed tiles so they are incredibly slippery. I stepped into the pool and immediately slipped falling and spraining my wrist. Other than that amazing
