Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

The place was worth the money we spent for during our short stay in Dumaguete!

Maricar is an exceptional host, and her place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful home just steps away from shops and restaurants. She was quick to respond to our questions and even referred us to a great parking spot. I especially appreciated the muted, tasteful decor. It’s calming and not overwhelming. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had slight difficulty in entering the condo, the guards were ungreatful BUT the unit was very very clean,organized and peaceful and the location was great. Best unit we've ever stayed

It was honestly such a beautiful little getaway, I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and feeling like I was at home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming, well-decorated condo. The location was unbeatable—walking distance to amazing restaurants, nightlife, and local gems. I especially fell in love with Buglas Café just up the street, and we loved being so close to spots like Ritual, Tiki Bar, and the Escaño tailgate scene. The space itself was cozy and cool—literally, the AC was perfection. While a few issues came up that were out of anyone’s control, the staff responded quickly and did their best to assist. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a spot we’d absolutely return to.

Dimple’s communication was timely and accurate. She kindly offered to extend our checkout time due to our flight schedule change, which we greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to staying at Dimple’s place again in the future.

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

Sofa in this unit is too small unlike the previous unit of the same host where we could lie down comfortably. Not a deal breaker though.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even with multiple devices connected including a laptop and my children's phones. There were no interruptions at all. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the variety of cleaning tools provided, which helped keep everything tidy during our stay. But what I loved most was the breathtaking view of the ocean from the room — deep blue and absolutely stunning. It truly felt like a luxury stay. There are a few restaurants and mini shops right in front of the condominium, so we had everything we needed from the first day. We were even able to buy large bottles of drinking water easily. My personal favorite was a Vietnamese restaurant just a short walk away, and there’s also a nearby local deli with delicious food. The kitchen was fully equipped, and it was easy to cook simple meals like rice. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, always replying promptly and supporting us with care. Thank you so much

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It was a nice place. Close to the water and easy to find

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!
