Charming Spacious 2 bedrooms; high ceiling; 8 minutes to downtown or SU. Public trans. near; very close to restaurants, stores, parks & hiking. Queen & full-size beds; living/dining room: 50-inch TV & Netflix. Coffee/tea station; microwave, toaster, blender, stove, refrigerator, & pots, pans and utensils & spices. Crystal wine glasses etc. Fully equipped bathroom. 1 acre garden & parking. Patio to relax. NOTE: stairs are steep and we only have AC in the kitchen. In the bedrooms we have fans.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Relax & Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located priavte studio. My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was nice and clean. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I’m visiting family in Syracuse. I love the little cat that lives next door.

Great place for me and my fiance as we were passing thru town. Nicole did a great job with instructions and I appreciate the little additions for guest when they arrive, very thoughtful.

Check in was a breeze, i am satisfied with my stay. I had the twin room. The bed was comfortable and had a smart tv which was greatly appreciated. There is a Tops supermarket literally a 3 minute walk and you can see it from the kitchen window. Guests did respect the quiet hours so that was also good. The kitchen was clean and very organized with specific area for each room that was labeled so everyone had their own cupboard, & area in the fridge. Laundry was good too in the basement. Overall I would come back but next time I'll try for a bigger room. The entire family was very welcoming and ready to help in anyway which was awesome. thank you so much :^)
