Apartment 3 main rooms. 17th Floor. The living room is very spacious and bright, its has a big table for 10 people. The 30 square meters living room with sofas (one is a sofa bed) TV and 3 windows to the sea. One bedroom with 3 beds, stove and large closet. Bedroom with double bed, both with ocean views. Rooms ideal for families with children and couples who want to spend a few days or weeks in this beautiful place. Two bathrooms, one half bath and one with shower and rather large. TV in all rooms, DVD player, stereo, heating, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, washing machine. Wifi and telephone. Building with 24 hour security and SUM. Large kitchen, fully equipped with dishes. The most important things is that do you parking included We are in the commercial center of Necochea meters of restaurants, discos, cafes, a block away comercial area. Beautiful 2 bedroom house, metres away from the ocean, the beaches and the golf course of Quequen. Large backyard where children can play, terrace where to enjoy a family and friends barbecue, and a small rooftop where to enjoy sunset drinks and the ocean view. In the main level there is the dining-living room, with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom. In the second level there is the main room with a king sized bed, a large second room with two singles beds, and the main bathroom.

Apartment in an excellent location, facing the sea

Amazing oceanfront apartment and half a block from pedestrian area. You can enjoy the comfort of the apartment. It has a double bedroom with a 32-inch TV, a full bathroom, a living room with two single beds, a TV, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer. It is impeccable. We want the guest to feel comfortable. There are supermarkets, an ice cream parlor, a food house, a fruit shop, and everything else within two blocks.
