Located on the ground floor of a luxury building, this former 45 m2 artist's studio offers an atypical and charming volume with its beautiful 4.5 m ceiling height, 6 skylights and views of a quiet wooded courtyard. 1 closed bedroom, and a mezzanine in the main room can accommodate 3/4 travelers. Be careful not to be sensitive to daylight in summer and the sound of rain on the mezzanine. As a resident in the building, I would be delighted to welcome you there.
