The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. You'll love my place because of the spaciousness and the tranquility. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
