The Thais space is perfect! I went with my family, and we all felt at home. Thais was very helpful at all times of doubt, and always remained available. The neighborhood is very quiet, with excellent markets and restaurants; it is close to the airport (5 min. by car); close to a wonderful beach (8 min. walk); and close to Beto Carrero (20 min. by car). The weather was very good and we were able to enjoy it. We also took the opportunity to visit Itajaí (neighboring city) and Balneário Camboriú, it's all very close. If it is comfort, safety and tranquility you are looking for, Thais' space is for you. If I get another chance, I'll definitely be back.

Fernando, I just have to thank you for the amazing hosting I had. Extremely cozy cabin, surprisingly beautiful, every detail of it positively surprised! Complete, met all needs! A place of extreme peace, contact with nature and coziness. Perfect for any time. I would recommend it without a doubt and I will be back soon.

Fátima was an excellent host, very cordial, welcomed us very well, with flexibility to drop off our bags before check-in time and early check-in, and even left us some treats. The apartment is wonderful, as in the listing. Very well equipped, decorated, with clean linens and towels, wonderful showers. The apartment's location is perfect, close to a coffee shop with breakfast, afternoon coffee and meal options. There is also a 24-hour market with essentials for your stay. I would definitely stay there again!

It was a great stay! The house is impeccable! Very beautiful and equipped and has a sensational view of the beach and surroundings! Large house with excellent living areas and outdoor area, which made the staff very comfortable in the environments. The house has several decorative items and is simply beautiful. And everything was extremely clean, down to the smallest detail. The outside was very well taken care of and the host was very helpful. We recommend it!!

Norton and Fran were extremely responsive from the day I booked until the day of checkout! They are very kind, polite, and always willing to resolve any issue! The apartment has nothing to complain about, everything is clean, impeccable, new furniture, beautiful view, and with the entire structure as advertised! I will definitely recommend it to others, and I will return as soon as possible!

Everything was great, the view is beautiful, the place was organized, clean and fragrant.

Very well located the apartment! We felt very safe, as we took our 14 and 10 year old girls and went out to our appointment with the assurance that they would not leave, as it is only possible if the facial is registered. This made us very safe. In the evening, we went out on foot and soon found a bar that served snacks with live music. This bar is beachfront and has a beautiful view of the BIG WHEEL (Ferris Wheel). Next to the apartment there is a market with a bakery attached. The next night we went out on the boardwalk and it was wonderful to walk and eat delicious churros and corn on the cob at the kiosks. All of this can be done on foot as a family. The view of the Ferris Wheel is only possible where the pool is. The apartment accommodates 4 people very well, 2 adults and a maximum of 2 teenagers. It has everything you need for cooking, bed and bath (excellent) About the owners, they were always helpful and left us a treat that was very gratifying.

The apartment is excellent, located in the center near Av Brasil, easily accessible for anything you need to do in Bc. Very spacious property with several different environments, it has one of the best views of the resort and impresses anyone. It will definitely be one of my options when I return to BC

The stay was wonderful! Hostess Moira was super nice and explained everything very clearly. The environment was super clean and organized. The apartment is in a great location and is very cozy. We'll be back for sure.

Great space as well as in the description, great location and very easy to get to. Very attentive and very helpful staff, it was very worthwhile, I hope to return on another occasion.

From the beginning, Fábio was always very helpful, polite and answered us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it felt like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with utensils. We were comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. Indicate with eyes closed. Congratulations Fabio. Everything was perfect!

The reception was amazing, the apartment delivered exactly what it promised, a great cost-benefit. Close to the beach. I stayed with my sister in a wheelchair and it had full accessibility, besides being large. Close to the beach, good location close to market, bakery, pharmacy. Apartamento had everything we needed. Super recommend it.
