It’s one of 4 cabins . It is located on our gated and fenced-in, small hobby farm between Haleyville and Bear Creek, Alabama. Elora's Cabin is a remote luxury cabin tucked away amongst the bluffs and trees on the banks of the Sipsey River. Direct access to the river allows you to head north and explore deep into Bankhead Forrest or head south to Smith Lake. Backed up to a rock bluff with a natural spring, there is a seating area with a firepit that provides a serene escape to nature or use the deck for cooking and river views. It's designed to allow you to fully experience nature, while also having comforts of home!

Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Freshly painted, newly renovated, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Update as of 04/2026: While I do accept pets, moving forward we can only house hypoallergenic dogs. Due to allergies, extreme shedding and cats destroying the furniture, we have decided to scale back on the dogs we allow.
