I rent a large accessible 3-bedroom apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south-facing balcony, great view of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building, the raw construction look is wanted. First-class transport connection by bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn [suburban train], 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 m to the swimming lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you can be in the city or at the trade fair in 20 minutes.

The apartment is really very central. The tram is only 150 m away. By tram no. 4 / 7 you can get directly to the center. The bus stop is one block away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat. We have a 100,000 internet line where you can surf the internet comfortably. My lovely apartment is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance is the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy, etc., for the day. Needs. The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by tram. Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.
