Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

The keyless entry opens directly into your studio. There is no "sharing" of space. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/sugar/cream, dishes, sink and complimentary wine. Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

Joanne was helpful and responsive from the get-go. Instructions on how to get into the property were spot-on; we loved the back porch at night -- quiet, private, watching the fireflies in and among the expanse of plants and trees. We only had one small issue, which she handled quickly ... that responsiveness impressed us. Also special was the closeness of the property to the paved walk along the cliffs above the Mighty Mississippi River ... took that walk every morning we were there. Will definitely recommend this property to others who might be headed to Natchez!

Sheila was very responsive and communicated before and throughout the entire stay. She was an amazing hostess and I really enjoyed her home. It was cozy and comforting. I was even greeted every morning with the neighborhood cat. Highly recommend her home if visiting Natchez!

Very nice place. Clean and secure. Very nice location overlooking the Mississippi River. Would certainly stay again.

The unit was exactly as described and was in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars in the area we were wanting to visit. I would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, lovely hostesses and host! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay from the room to the delicious breakfast. Not sure what was in that waffle but it was the best Belgian waffle I’ve ever had! Highly recommend The Burn!
