What a wonderful time my family and I spent at Francisco's place. Everything very organized and clean, amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a formidable trip to Natal. Easy and quick communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

What a great house. Unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. 3 separate floors of amazing views of the beach and city. Some nice local spots near by, i really liked the food place across the street. Pool was great. Loved loved luna, i think everyone will even if you dont like cats. Would definitely stay here again.

Not only was Cleusa wonderful, but the place was too. I spent 28 days there and I have nothing to complain about, only to thank you. Cleusa went "above and beyond" in a simple accommodation. He helped us, gave us tips on where to go, had the patience to check us in at 3 a.m. because my flight was delayed and, on top of that, solved any problems we might have had. The house itself is super comfortable, the pool is always clean (no, I didn't clean it) and it has the quiet that was needed for these long holidays. 100% recommended! THANK YOU, Cleusa!

Our experience on this Airbnb was amazing! The house exceeded all expectations: very well-equipped, clean and with a welcoming environment that made our family feel at home from the first moment. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The host was extremely attentive, from simplified check-in to valuable tips about the region. The location is also a great differential — close to sights and at the same time in a quiet area, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. Details such as the charming décor, the balcony with a pleasant view and the well-kept garden made our holiday even more special. Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

I loved our stay, we felt at home, the location is perfect, close to everything and it is on a quiet street. The apartment accommodates 4 guests very well, it has everything you need for a good stay. Clean and organized environment, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom with air conditioning and TV, the bathroom is great. It has a balcony with a clothesline and a washing machine. The view from the 3rd floor is wonderful to enjoy the Ponta Negra beach and the Morro do Careca. Nubia was very attentive to us. I highly recommend the stay.

Núbia's Flat is very good. Great location, facing the beach, with a front view of the sea. Clean and tidy apartment. Nothing to complain about. Whenever I return to Natal, Núbia's Flat will be the first choice.

Although tighter than shown in the photos, the apartment was good for me and my family. Ser petfriendly was a differential, in addition to being very well located, ventilated, near the waterfront and having a wonderful view. We missed some cleaning supplies as we stayed for many days and would like to have arranged the bathrooms better throughout the stay. The sofa could be more comfortable and we had difficulty accessing the living room tv, we mirrored it from the phone to the TV and resolved the situation. There were enough linens and towels. João was a fast host, answered our questions swiftly. No more, we like the experience and come back happy!

We had a wonderful experience during the 45 days we spent in Paraíso Capri. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations — everything was brand new, well-equipped, comfortable and with modern decor that made us feel at home from day one. The location in Ponta Negra was also perfect: practical, quiet and with easy access to everything. Communication with Paula was also very easy and practical. We liked the stay so much that we've already booked to come back in July! It's rare to find a place that combines comfort, style, quality and hospitality in this way. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.
