Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Nassau County

From the moment I walked in the door until I turned in the key this was a 5 star experience. Our host was responsive and not only that but she was proactive which really made our stay stress free. This place was packed with all the amenities that we could need including access to the pool, tennis courts and a 24hr gym. The location a win if you want to stay in and if you want to go out youre close to the Town Center and not too far from the beach or downtown. I particularly enjoyed the design of the layout. The space is cozy and comfortable for 2 or 3 people and the ONLY thing I didn't like is that we didn't stay longer. Top tier experience

Had such a great stay at this beach bungalow! Literally a block from the beach, quiet street, great deck to sit out on. The room was perfect with everything we needed. Kitchen was nicely accessorized as well. Walkable to local shops, if not a short drive. It was such a hidden gem, I can not wait to go back!

My friends and I booked a girls trip here for 2 days, and it was absolutely amazing! We felt right at home, and the Airbnb was in pristine condition! Definitely utilize the pool when you book here, it was incredible.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

Went there for an instructor certification at Warrior Martial Arts Headquarters. It was conveniently located, fair priced, and when I needed help they were very responsive and helped us with accommodations. Will gladly stay there again when we come back in a few months.

We went down for a concert and had a blast. Corey was a great host & accommodated us immensely. Cool pad and a great location to stay for events in the city. Would definitely stay again. Street parking is limited but free at certain times. Added expense of $20/day at the parking deck across the street. Lots of beggars around.

Lovely place that worked beautifully for our family. The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant/bar right next door plays loud music on the weekend that impacted our peace. Otherwise it was a great place in a great location!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views of the ocean. Importantly, it is a very short, peaceful walk to the ocean. We just arrived home and cannot wait to return again!!

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

Beautiful getaway! Could look at the view forever! Easy walk down to the beach- not many others there! Resort is quiet and private; condo well appointed and comfortable. Loved the large patio! Marci was a lovely host (welcome note) and added thoughtful touches like lanterns for night walks, fresh flowers and provided restaurant recs. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

This is a great house. It’s in a very up and coming neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around looking at all the old trees and the houses. It was a very safe place.

beautiful home! our check in was delayed due to last renter not respecting home. but owner was communicating the entire time. a few things needed attention but it wasn’t the owners fault, he could have canceled stay and fixed all the damage but he didn’t and allowed us to stay. He was fast to respond to all messages and all concern were resolved with no issues. we will definitely be renting again when we come back next year!

Wonderful stay! Rented this unit for a month because my mom had a series of treatments at the Mayo Clinic. It was perfect for her and my dad as she recovered. The unit looked just like the photos, was very clean, and well-stocked. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would 100% recommend. This will be our go-to if we find ourselves in Jacksonville again!

House was exactly as advertised! It was cozy and spacious. Our lil pup loved the back yard and had plenty of private space for all of us. We felt right at home. Thank you for great communication, accommodation and fast responding. We will be back! Blessings!

Don't doubt this property. it was amazing. It was very clean,easy to find, in a great location, and it was quite. the home felt like my own. I looked and could not find any substantial problems with this home. The 3 bathrooms were great. the air conditioner was cold and hell the hot water was hot. it has a Ice maker with a water spout in the refrigerator that tastes like spring water. it was well work the the money and out host were so nice. I love this place

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.

Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnb houses that we have stayed in. Not only was check in and check out beyond easy, all of our interactions with Brian were great! He was quick to respond & set us up for a perfect week! The house is AMAZING! Even with the beach blocks away, we found ourselves at the house more than we expected. The pool was amazing along with the backyard activities. We traveled with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The house is spacious with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. One of the greatest parts was how well stocked the house was. The kitchen was amazing. It was definitely the most stocked kitchen that we’ve seen. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Brian!
