In short, the apartment was more than wonderful and everything exceeded my expectations in terms of credibility in photos, cleanliness, location, security and dealing. Khaledullah Yafakah and Um Ahmed, the resident, may Allah be pleased with it, is worthy of evaluation above the excellent and true first time, but it is definitely not the last time ..

Alaa's place is a true gem! You can tell she pours her heart into it; it's beautifully maintained and incredibly welcoming. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for exploring. I highly recommend staying here!

I was in Cairo for a business conference near by. It made sense to stay in this neighborhood, and parking my car was easy. A convenient place to stay and rest.

Great place, well worth the money! Lots of shops and places to eat in the area. Dina was an excellent host! Gave local recommendations and helped out with any issues or problems we had. She was super friendly and very accommodating throughout my trip. Would definitely recommend to others, and would gladly come stay here again!

Thank you for the nice and quiet accommodation, everything I need in the apartment is there, the place is comfortable and the furniture is all new, but the price was a little expensive, but in general I give it 10/9.50

Had the pleasure of staying at Rami's listing for two weeks. Having stayed at multiple Airbnb's in and around Nasr city, this is one of my favorites. Even with the cons listed, I would prefer to stay here on my next visit. Pros: * Responsive host with great communication * Large space, perfect for a large group * Kitchen and appliances * Tons of natural light and open floor plan * The building itself is quiet & safe * Tons of restaurants and shops nearby Cons: * Next to a truck or bus stop, it can get noisy at night and mornings. * The main bed is on the firmer side and can be made better with a topper. * The pillows need to be replaced.

I stayed at this apartment for a few days and was completely satisfied. The place was very clean, quiet, and cozy. The host Hisham was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. The location is also excellent – just a seven-minute walk from the well-known City Stars Mall. Everything was great overall, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation. I’d love to stay here again in the future.

Mohamed and his team are all so respectfu,l helpful, and professional . Everything was so smooth and my daughters were surprised due to the idea that the photos were identical and actually the flat was more elegant & had amenities we didn't expect to find . I have already recommended the place to family & friends and I highly recommended it here with pleasure & passionate satisfaction ....

We really enjoyed our stay at Amira's apartment. Excellent value for money deal and the place has all the basics we need. Location is very close to malls and outings. I can't find enough words to thank Amira for her hospitality and support. She was always responsive whenever we have an inquiry or issue. She gave us a lot of recommendations that helped a lot during our stay. Would definitely love to stay again at one of her listings.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

The location was very close to many restaurant, places and the airport. The apartment was as described. Cozy and clean. Nehal was timely responsive and helpful. The building guard was also helpful and recommended places to buy grocery and water. The apartment had 3 big water bottles and all equipment we needed. Thank you Nehal for the excellent stay.
