Vacation rentals with a patio in Naranjal, Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

Stayed for a month while working remotely. WiFi was impeccable, the host is very responsive. As Sandra lives just next to you, kindly offered a regular complementary cleaning service when Sandra’s house is cleaned. Lovely neighborhood and great nature vibes from the view on the canal.

L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Il était propre et bien entretenu. Son emplacement est idéal, à seulement cinq minutes du métro, et il dispose d’un patio agréable, idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou travailler dans un cadre plaisant. Les équipements, notamment le lave-linge, fonctionnent très bien. De plus, la proximité des commerces et services essentiels est un réel atout. Les propriétaires se sont montrés particulièrement réactifs et disponibles, facilitant ainsi le séjour. Il est important de noter que l’appartement est situé près d’une rue passante, ce qui peut occasionner un bruit ambiant en matinée et en fin d’après-midi. La porte-patio n’étant pas insonorisée, l’usage de bouchons d’oreilles a permis d’assurer des nuits reposantes. Malgré ce léger inconvénient, mon expérience a été très positive et je reviendrais avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

Great place, close to 70 street, many restaurants and bars to hang out

As a frequent Airbnb user, Yannick has the best apartments in Medellín, and I'd say some of the best in the world. The apartments were better than they looked in the photos. The area is beautiful, completely residential, and equidistant from the best spots in the city. The staff working with Yannick (Camilo and Ivan) stood out for their level of professionalism and customer service. I can't wait to come back.

Julio was very nice and respectful, we had a late flight and he communicated with us and he also greeted us and showed us around the airbnb during check in.

uan’s place was absolutely amazing—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, and his hospitality truly made me feel at home. He was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be coming back. This is hands down one of the best stays I’ve had!

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Luis es un host sumamente comprometido por dar un excelente servicio. Siempre esta a disposición para cualquier duda, consejo, recomendación y/o tours que el mismo ofrece, y a buen precio (comparado con mas proveedores). Las fotos de la casa no le hacen justicia al inmueble, es sumamente amplio y cómodo. Con diversidad de cuartos y recamaras muy espaciosas. Los Laureles es una muy buena zona para quedarse si estas de visita en Medellin, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, centros comerciales, y demás. Una zona sumamente tranquila, ideal para todo tipo de huespedes (familiares o grupo de amigos). En fin, excelente experiencia. Cien porciento recomendado!

Beautiful apartment! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s actually bigger than it looks. Very comfortable all around, loved the showers and the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the view from the balcony and bedrooms was awesome.

Todo fue excelente durante la estadía. El apto es tal como se aprecia en las foto. Está muy céntrico de todo. La comunicación fue fluida y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!
