Stayed for a month while working remotely. WiFi was impeccable, the host is very responsive. As Sandra lives just next to you, kindly offered a regular complementary cleaning service when Sandra’s house is cleaned. Lovely neighborhood and great nature vibes from the view on the canal.

Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable with a super nice view, the area is very quiet and cozy. In the morning, even the macaws visited us!!! Recommended 1000%

The apartment matches the photos and description perfectly. It was clean and well kept. Its location is ideal, just five minutes from the metro, and it has a pleasant patio, ideal for having breakfast or working in a pleasant setting. The amenities, including the washing machine, work very well. In addition, the proximity to shops and essential services is a real asset. The owners were particularly responsive and available, making the stay easier. It is important to note that the apartment is located near a busy street, which can cause ambient noise in the morning and late afternoon. The patio door is not soundproofed, the use of earplugs ensured a restful night. Despite this slight inconvenience, my experience was very positive and I would love to come back to this apartment.

Host is extremely fast to respond… when checked in someone named Camilo was assigned and was always asking about our stay and made us feel like home… Cleaning lady provided for additional fee was PHENOMENAL..!! And the building was spotless.. Great and quiet location and everything on the property was new and in outstanding condition..!! Hope every host would be like this..

Julio was very nice and respectful, we had a late flight and he communicated with us and he also greeted us and showed us around the airbnb during check in.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

Beautiful apartment! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s actually bigger than it looks. Very comfortable all around, loved the showers and the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the view from the balcony and bedrooms was awesome.

Everything was excellent during your stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is very central to everything. Communication was seamless and they were always attentive to any detail.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.
