The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed! It had everything needed for both short and extended stays. The location is ideal, with Buena Vista being a lovely area to walk around, and the proximity to the Design District made it very convenient. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would happily book again.

A beautiful space with a killer view of downtown Miami. Less than 10 min walk to the Kaseya Center and tons of food/drink options. Sammi was incredibly responsive and helpful! Would highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Miami!

Absolutely loved our stay here! It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the design district where there is lots to see and do. The place was very tidy, clean, roomy. It was also a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. There are some really good cafes nearby as well. The beds were comfortable and the apartment building was cute - beach towels are provided in the central area which was very accommodating.

Everything was excellent in our stay, it was easy to move from there for all the important places, the patio is very nice, I definitely recommend it.

Frank and Lena’s were outstanding hosts. The home was clean and located close to the location we were visiting. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. We would definitely stay at Frank and Lenka’s home the next time we are in Miami!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier's home. The house was a bit old and very well-kept, so quite charming. The garden was very pretty, and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook in it. Javier & his brother Pablo were very responsive and friendly if we had any questions. The only downside was a couple stray ants in the kitchen & bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived for four nights with our three children, the house is simply perfect, a truly dream vacation, a magical lake, a clean and pleasant pool, an exceptionally clean house, there is simply everything there, Beatrice is wonderful and takes care of everything, we will definitely come back again, highly recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for this weekend. We will definitely rent this unit again as it was in such a prime area and close to everything!! Plenty of local food spots close by that are delicious as well

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Everything was excellent, the apartment was beautiful and with a very nice view.

Exceptionally clean, welcoming, 1 BR unit, with a well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee machine + pods, drip coffee machine + coffee), and very clean, ample, bathroom. Gym was nice and the pool area was lovely. Right on the beach! Carla was highly responsive.

Super hosts, the condo is nice, it has all the amenities, the beach is quiet and safe, a lot of variety of shopping centers nearby; the valet parking takes a while to bring the car (which is included in the payment) but it is a matter of getting organized. I would come back a thousand times

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️
