Great place to stay. Easy access and parking. Very clean place.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Altin’s condo. It was very comfortable and had all you needed! The condo park had a beautiful pool and lots of activities to participate in. Altin was very responsive to any communications from me. He even checked in with me while he was in Naples to see if I needed anything! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

Christopher's condo is modern, well-organized, clean, accessible to golfing, and full of other amenities. We love the beautiful view of the lighted, water fountain in the courtyard from the balcony. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us to enjoy Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

This place is amazing. The apartment is spacious, well-appointed and has everything you could ever need to relax and enjoy family time together. The view over the ocean is one-in-a million and the sunsets are breathtaking. You are footsteps from the pool and the beach and you have all the chairs and umbrellas to simply chill. I can't fault this place for its beauty and privacy - we also felt safe here. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday....

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

Jenna’s place was fantastic! It was super clean and had everything necessary for a long stay. It is on a quiet safe street within walking distance to several cool places. Jenna was very welcoming and we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

Loved our stay. This is not our first time staying at Park Shore Resort, but it was our first time booking with Josh. The condo is nicely updated, and was wonderful for our family. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook many meals in the kitchen. Checkin was easy, and Josh and team were always quick to respond when I had questions. Loved: the lanai, close proximity to beaches, quiet resort, pool, pickleball courts, bunk beds, plenty of towels and blankets/bedding. Thanks for a great stay in Naples!

This place exceeded our expectations. The condo was very clean with many amenities. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Having restrooms at pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. Having a wagon and beach chairs were so helpful to have. Even enjoyed the games left by host. Having grocery within walking distance was a bonus. We were there for US Open pickleball tournament only 5 miles away, very convenient. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

We stayed here for Father's Day and it was perfect. We have a pretty demanding life with a toddler so I booked this trip with rest and relaxation in mind and this home did not disappoint. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. You can even see the sunrise. The host's were great. They offered us a early check-in and late check-out. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of this but it was so sweet of them to offer. BEST airbnb I've ever stayed in. Go ahead and book!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and made communication so easy from start to finish. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful. it was stylishly decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. There was also plenty of storage space, which made unpacking and settling in a breeze. The resort grounds were exceptionally maintained, making the whole experience feel relaxing and upscale. Highly recommend booking this place, you won’t be disappointed! We hope to visit again.

Angela's condo was very nice - just as described. The grounds were immaculate and the pool area was lovely. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great area to just take a walk.
