This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Located just 80m from the family friendly Westshore beach. This cute little home is situated just 1 km from the Hawkes Bay Airport and just 7 mins drive to the Napier CBD, Cafes and Bars very close by, all surrounded by the Inner Harbour. Great cycle ways just 100m away and lovely peaceful walkways around the Pandora Pond close by too. Whilst not your flashiest Air BNB you will stay in, this is a very comfortable home, recently painted internally with a great BBQ area and wood fired pizza oven.

It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km .
