Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Thank you Jenny for your warmth in welcoming is to your home.

Loved our stay at the cozy in-law in the heart of Penngrove. Easy to find, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway while visiting for a graduation. The space had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, thank you very much!

Der Aufenthalt in Yulies Wohnung war toll - meine Freundinnen und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, wir hatten viel Platz und konnten die Terrasse genießen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Lage und den schönen Parks und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Yulie war als Gastgeberin sehr nett und flexibel. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

We had an excellent time at Megan’s place. The location was perfect for a wedding in San Rafael. The place was a perfect size - we couldn’t have had a better time!

Really enjoyed this place. The hot tub was hot enough. It had a had a cute view that is very romantic. The best part about it is it had a chair outside that you can sit and enjoy the weather.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Inner Richmond, hosted by Malcolm, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. His keen interest in getting to know his guests through thoughtful questions made the experience feel personal and engaging. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and Malcolm's attentive nature really enhanced my visit!

Fantastic place. Nestled in beautiful, peaceful forest surroundings, it's a great spot to relax - yet still just a short drive away from Oakland city center, Berkeley, and San Francisco. Inside, the apartment is spacious, functional and well laid out. Great communication and organisation from the Host as well. Overall very highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed being there. The landscape is picture-perfect, the view is breathtaking and you can see lots of animals. Even the deer come by. At night you have a sky full of stars and enjoying it in the hot tub makes it even more special. I can highly recommend a stay there.

This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

If you are looking for a high-end, stunningly beautiful, artistically decorated, well-equipped accommodation, with a fantastic view through floor-to-ceiling windows, and private hot tub, look no farther. You can tell from the photos in the listing that this is a lovely place. But the reality exceeds the photos. You have to see it to believe it. It's a zen-like retreat, yet close to everything. A rare combination! And the host is top notch as well - helpful, communicative, responsive. You couldn't ask for more. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

I have only superlatives to offer regarding Catherine's listing! The pictures actually do not do it justice - it is more beautiful than even the pictures reflect! The expansive back yard with pool is open for use - and we enjoyed every morning breakfast poolside and shared a glass of wine and dinner next to the fire pit most nights. Catherine is lovely and responded quickly to update us on any events that occurred during our stay. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in the wine country - Catherine and Cassie are the absolute best hosts and have a stunningly beautiful home!

This is a great place for a couples getaway up in the hills of Mill Valley. Nancy is very responsive and takes good care of her guests. The kitchen is modern and practical, there's a nicely tiled bathroom with a bidet, deep Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bed is comfy and there's a nice little simulated fireplace next to it. Every room has glass doors with a view out to the bay. Highly recommended!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I have had the pleasure to stay at! Incredible location practically on the ocean. The outdoor space was much larger than I had anticipated...three descending terraces nestled in a private, lush botanical gardens with comfortable outdoor seating and lounging options. Everything inside and out, from the lighting to the sitting and sleeping areas and the luxurious bathroom was tastefully thought out. It was so quiet and peaceful except for the soothing sounds of the ocean, the many birds and the Nespresso coffee maker! I loved Hank's place so much, I reserved another stay right from the gardens!

Janice and Murray were very welcoming, responsive and helpful hosts. Their place is a little gem in Berkeley Hills, right next to the Rose Garden. Despite its small size, it's very cozy and bright and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The deck is perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine and the birds that gather in the garden. I will be recomending to all my friends visiting Berkeley!
