This apartment has a great location, just a 7-8 minute walk from Kaohsiung Arena Station. The owner is very hospitable and provides useful information. The surrounding area is convenient for purchasing food and daily necessities.

Great place to stay, reminded me of the apartment rented in Kaohsiung during the time of students (also near the ethnic station), very close to the ethnic station, there is a tea wizard drink shop nearby, I especially liked the books in the living room, we were in the living room in the morning looking at the host's collection of books, the seasoning in the kitchen was also sufficient, and there was also Dongquan hot pepper sauce (a must have), even salt and pepper were great, if not Kaohsiung food, we really wanted to buy our own steak and fried, and I will definitely come back to stay next time, push

It seemed a little small for more than 5 people, but it was nice to be able to talk with each other. The air conditioning works well and the warm water works well. If there's a downside, it's that the bathroom isn't well ventilated, so you have to keep the ventilator on, and the accommodation is on the 5th floor, but there's no elevator. But it was nice to be able to enjoy it privately with my friends! Thank you for allowing us to stay in a good place:)

Location is fine. It is close to Boer Special Zone and close to the MRT station. Clean and quiet. Kitchen facilities and fixtures are also in good condition The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it may be a little inconvenient when checking in and out.

First of all: I was happy with the place and would stay there again if in Kaoshiung. The apartment is about 10-12 minutes' walk from the Cianjhen Senior High School metro station. About 2 minutes from the apartment there is a bike station of youbike (have in the evening from and to the bike from the harbor/pierzen trum, Dream Mall). The area itself is a bit boring, but there are restaurants, a kind of supermarket, 7/11s with ATM and other shops. By bike, you can reach the nearby outlet center in about 10 minutes, and the DreamMall in about 15-20 minutes. For older travelers with mobility problems and without a car, the apartment is not recommended or for people who need a longer break at noon. There is a kettle. The shower is only separated from the living area by a curtain; an efficient dehumidifier is available. The air conditioning works without problems. A big plus of the apartment is its privacy. ...you enter the apartment directly from the street. Surprisingly very quiet

It was very close to the bus station, MRT, and the train. VERY convenient. Also there are two night markets very close by. The place was very clean and nice for two people.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant, clean and comfortable, and there were many sockets, and you didn't even need your own mobile phone charger, and the audio-visual equipment was great.

The location of house is very good! you can go to most shop by walk, 3 min to night market, 4 mins to the convenience store, 5 mins to the supermarket. Houselord also prepared many useful facilities in the house such as washing machine, laundry and fans, there also has 2 bathroom, both are able for shower, so you don’t need to wait too long for it.

The house is huge, huge, huge, very clean, the bedding is also very clean, there are two large rooms (personal black is suitable for multiple friends/family to travel together, very good value for money!)I'm super allergic to sheets and duvet covers when I go out, and it's not the case here. The bed is super comfortable, and I don't want to get up) The host was nice enough to prepare fruit drinks and snacks for us, which was very touching. The things provided here are more complete than our own home ~ The host is super super enthusiastic, and recommended us travel routes and gourmet food of all cuisines!There is also a washing machine at home to wash clothes. Taiwan is too hot. It is really necessary to wash clothes every day ~ There is a lot of authentic Taiwanese food around (the host also reminded us that Taiwan eats earlier, so that we don't miss the food we love)
