Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Na h-Eileanan an Iar

A really nice accommodation in a perfect location to explore the Isle of Skye. Handy that they allow dogs since we were travelling with ours. Had everything we needed, kitchen for cooking food, washing machine for cleaning our clothes after hikes and a tv with everything set up for when we wanted to chill in the evenings. The accommodation is right on the main road so easy access to all the main places and there is a private parking space just for the guests. The only down side was the cost as it was very expensive to stay here. However, this has just fallen foul of rip off Britain and they are by no means alone in this aspect.

Great place to stay in Portree. Beautiful view of the harbor right out the front windows. There is public parking on Quay street along the pier, and down near the dock. It is easy to get a spot in the evening if you wait for the boat tour traffic to clear out. It's very walkable to restaurants, shops and cafes. Overall, would recommend to anyone coming to the Isle of Skye!

Great space and good location to walnuts around for food and things to do. It was a bit challenging to find street parking but we did so all good!

Excellent place to stay while discovering the Isle of Skye. City center is accessible by foot. The apartment is very cosy and well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4.

This was our second trip to The Barn on Skye. We dreamt about coming back as soon as we left last year. We actually planned our entire stay around the cottage availability. The views and location are spectacular- out of a dream. And you’re located right along Brothers Point trail so it’s amazingly convenient. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. We stayed with our two children ages 2 and 8 and they loved it as well. We look forward to hopefully staying again next year and making it a tradition for our annual trips to Scotland!! Thank you again for a spectacular stay and memories!!

Lovely helpful host. Easy access to property without having to interact with anyone. central location to shops ect and also to the castle and walks. Perfect if your planning on visiting the town and surrounding area. Thank you Malcolm

Great ground floor studio apartment in an ideal location; close to the town centre, ferry terminal and just off the A859, with ample off street parking. Had everything we were hoping for with plenty of cooking utensils, a full-sized cafetière, separate washing machine & tumble dryer and a small garden at the rear. Comfortable bed and two bathrooms (one with a shower) - just to note the mirror/wash basin & shower head are a bit low for anyone over 5'5", but this was the only negative point. It was a very nice surprise to find that bread, cereals, fruit, tunnocks and also chocolates were left for us and there were also lots of toiletries and very soft towels. Small TV but good wifi. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely stunning property and lovely hosts that were helpful and available for communication. Location was perfect and views were amazing. Was the perfect place for our group. Felt like such a sanctuary at the end of cycling and camping the Hebridean Way with our daughter. Everything we needed to relax and rest. We were close to the park and harbour, swimming pool and soft play. Thanks so much, we would definitely book again.

Just woaw. The house was amazing and the view even more so. We only spend two nights but it already felt like home. The only downside, we didn’t stayed long enough.

The house exceeded expectations. Everything you needed was there with plenty of room for a large group. The view was better than we could have imagined. The location was perfect for a few nights in Skye. I highly recommend booking Daniel's place if you're reading this review.

Nice place with plenty of room. There were four adults and we had space to spare. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Portree, but it is on a hill.

We have stayed at the Fisherman's Loft several times. It feels like home now. The house is well designed and furnished. The surroundings are beautiful, and there is much to see and do on the Isle of Skye. I have a feeling it won't be our last visit.

This was a fantastic place to stay - a haven at the end of a busy day. Much thought has been put into extra touches - treats in the fridge and cupboards, dressing gowns, high quality linen - and the outlook over Loch Lada is beautiful. The well equipped kitchen lends itself to cooking in. The appliances are new and we appreciated the supplies of washing powder and dishwasher tabs. We loved everything about this place!

Owlsnest provided the perfect space for our first visit to Skye. The living space is finished to a high standard and has everything you need. The garden and surroundings are so peaceful and quiet. Karen and Phil were great hosts. Friendly and helpful, ensuring we had what we needed for our stay.

Hazel was great to work with, answering all my questions in a timely manner. It was our first time in Portree and she absolutely helped making us feel right at home. Her place was just what we needed—clean, comfortable, easy to find. We loved it.

Wonderful spacious two bedroom apartment in the center of town, two minutes from the ferry terminal and close to everything else. Plus a fabulous view of the castle and grounds! Loved the washer and dryer! Highly recommend for a stay in lovely Stornoway.

We had a fantastic time at Nicola’s place on our honeymoon trip in the Outer Hebrides. It’s a perfect base for exploring Harris and had everything you could need for a short stay. The Harris Tweed furnishing and snuggly dressing gowns were a really special extra touch! Nicola was very communicative throughout and made sure we were all set for our stay.

Even with chilly and inclement weather, Lewis is absolutely gorgeous and has beautiful ancient sites and beaches. We had the pleasure of staying at Marie's place while on a van tour. It was very clean and we were able to use the washer for our clothes. A very comfortable bed and a nice shower. Marie was very communicative and I appreciated that. A nice snack basket was provided including some eggs and crumpets which were a breakfast lifesaver, and the nearby local co-op grocers was great. Felt very homey, and the fireplace was a great comfort. Overall would recommend staying here for a trip to Storonway!
