We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

This place was by far the best AirBnB experience I ever had. They provide so many amenities that are not listed on the property description and was such a surprise when I checked in. They provide free of charge a refrigerator full of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes and so much more that made me feel right at home. It was so well stocked I had doubts about leaving a review as I might not be able to rent this place again once the word gets out how "GREAT" this place was. The house is great.

Spacious accommodation, can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but you can go. The beach is muddy. There may be a storm. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize. It does not focus on the sea view.

Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. I usually stay at Unixx because it is within walking distance (10 minutes on foot) to entertainment venues. This is the most tidy, clean and best quality house I've ever stayed in. Everything that should be in the house has been thoughtfully placed. Communication with the host was very fast and solution-oriented. Would definitely recommend to all

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
