Villa vacation rentals in Na Chom Thian

Arrived on a very early flight and James was able to enable me early access to the Villa which was much appreciated. As my previous visits everything was spotless and as described, James is a great responsive host who is available if needed but leaves you to enjoy your stay if his help is not needed.

The house is clean and easy to find. The owner is being very nice with us.

It was my first Airbnb stay and I was not disappointed. The villa is very large and has a great location. Particularly noteworthy is the big Swimmingpool and the beautiful furnishings. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice and friendly and accommodating. All in all, I would book the villa again. Many thanks for the wonderful time.

Felt like a 5 star stay. There were 8 + 1 room. In 8 rooms two were huge and looked/delt better than a 5 star hotel. The other 6 were smaller and not every room has a private bathroom. But we were aware of this while booking too. Pools were smaller but very clean. Location is in the Center of Pattaya and closer to all the tourist attractions. Overall an amazing stay. Will definitely comeback.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was fresh and clean. We were seven people and everyone enjoyed their stay. Location was good. Walking distance to the pier and market but we got to enjoy motorbikes arranged by the host which made everything even easier to explore the island. Thanks for the nice welcome and we will be back again.

Excellent place for a group of golfer that are seeking to play in Pattaya

Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place—it's both beautiful and peaceful. Both houses offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every morning, and it was never crowded—just perfect. We’d definitely love to come back and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for our vacation.

Amazing place, amazing host. Couldn’t recommend enough. Loved the location

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

Ein sehr unkomplizierter und flexibler Check in. Sehr freundliche Menschen, stets erreichbar und hilfreiche Empfehlungen. Die Pool Villa ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein tolles Refugium für Pärchen. Restaurants und Einkäufe fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage. Strand ca. 5 Min zu Fuß! Ein tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Great accommodation looks exactly as you see the pictures. The host is very nice and responded quickly everytime you need her. Nice and quiet area away from the partying but still available with a 20 minutes motorbike ride I would definitely recommend

I rented the house as solo traveler for 12 days and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Daengnoi's place. The house is very spacious, every (bed)room room has air conditioning and a tv The neighborhood and location is safe and close in walking distance to the night life, beach, restaurants and grocery shops Tops and 7-Eleven. The house is surrounded with walls and has an electronic gate (no hassle getting in- and out with a scooter or car). Although the high walls you will not have complete privacy because of the condo complex and 2 floor housing building on the back and front of the house. The only things than annoyed me during my stay was the construction work noise during the day of a new (ugly and big) apartment/hotel complex down the street, and late at night the motorbike traffic noise from the main road (it woke me up a lot of times around 2-3am). But I had a wonderful time at Daengnoi's house, when im back in Jomtien I will consider staying here again!
