Vacation rentals with a home theater in Na Chom Thian

Big thanks to Sattawat for making my 3-week stay in Pattaya both comfortable and budget-friendly! My booking process wasn't the easiest, but Sattawat was incredibly flexible, understanding, and welcoming. He even checked in from time to time to make sure everything was okay—which made me feel more like a guest than just a tenant. You don’t always get that kind of warmth with a rental, so it definitely stood out. If you’re someone who values peace and quiet at night (aka: no karaoke battles through the walls), this place is perfect. Great for working remotely, unwinding, or simply recharging between beach trips.

Все очень понравилось. Мы въехали в очистую, ухоженную квартиру. Все соответствует фото. В пешей доступности пляж, бары, кафе и рестораны. Также близко к автовокзалу. Хозяин очень доброжелательный, всегда отвечал на наши вопросы и очень заботился, чтобы нам было удобно. Мы рады, что доверились вам. Спасибо за все 😊❤️

非常nice的房东，联系顺畅快捷，亲自迎接入住，由于班车的原因，比预计时间晚了近1个小时才到达，房东毫无怨言，热情接待，而且贴心准备寝具、厨具、餐具等。航班是晚上的，允许我们晚一点退房以供休息。总而言之，特别愉悦的体验，好感+++

Tommy is an absolutely outstanding host! His thoughtfulness and professionalism truly made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to assist me with late-night difficulties and questions promptly and efficiently. Moreover, the fact that he was there bright and early to see me off to the airport showed a truly special level of care and hospitality. Beyond that, Tommy's recommendations for local restaurants and places to explore in Pattaya were incredibly helpful, leading to some fantastic and memorable experiences. The engaging conversations I had with Tommy were also a big plus, allowing me to learn more about Thai culture and its people. He is genuinely sweet, thoughtful, and amazing! This is definitely a wonderful place to stay. With his professionalism, hospitality, and exceptional enthusiasm, Tommy is sure to provide fantastic stays for anyone who visits.

Overall good place to stay. Nice pool, peaceful location and easy to go to places within the city. Some areas can improve such as bedding mattress, dining chair, sofa , TV. They are currently not bad but it will 5X the experience.

the Villa was amazing! Lots of restaurants, local food vendors, and shops nearby. everything was about a 20 minute drive away. my friends and I had an absolute blast

The home was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean and easy access to main walking areas. Short walks to beach and local bars.

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Отличный дом для компании друзей. Небольшой стол для пула это просто огонь)) Пляж близко, 7/11 в доступности, все доставки приезжают быстро. Короче, нам очень понравилось, жили компанией парней, все были в восторге. Дом не новый, есть бытовые вещи с которыми нужно смириться, типо совмещенного душа+туалета, но в целом все супер. Есть небольшое барбекю, пользовались, все огонь. Много посуды для готовки, большой телевизор для просмотра кино, диваны. За свои деньги отличный домик

Villa 環境清幽，屋內很整潔，每日都有人來打理房間，日常物資很充裕，房東回覆非常好，很適合一家大細渡假，昆蟲很少，整體非常好，推薦入住。

Nice quiet location a drive to the beaches but some of the closest beaches if you are not Thai than you are not allowed in

고급주택가에 위치해 있어서 조용하고 매우 안전한 느낌입니다. 2층집이며 1층은 방 2개, 7명이 잘 수 있는 침대가 마련되어 있고 화장실 2개, 넓은 거실 주방이 있습니다. 주방에는 취사가 가능하도록 주방기기가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 2층에도 방2개에 7명이 잘 수 있으며 화장실도 2개가 있어 여러 명이 지내기에 충분합니다. 수영장에 미끄럼틀이 재미있고 2층에는 썬베드와 욕조가 마련되어 있어 좋습니다. 무엇보다 해변과 매우 가깝고 야시장과 근처 편의점과 식당 가기도 편리하며 주변에 즐길 것들이 많습니다. 호스트와 하우스키핑분은 매우 친절하며 빠르게 응답합니다. 주변 안내도 신속히 도와줍니다. 재방문 의사가 있으며 추천합니다.

Verten var superhyggelig og veldig behagelig og snakke med, her anbefaler jeg alle og ta seg noen dager viss de er i Pattaya området, gang avstand til Stranden og mangen fine resturanter i området, anbefales på det sterkeste! Jeg er superfornøyd! 🙂

Замечательные апартаменты с очень красивым видом на море! Сама квартира уютная и приятная, полностью всем оборудованная, идеальное соотношение цена качество. Хозяева также были доброжелательны и отзывчивы, оперативно отвечали на вопросы. Район идеальный в плане транспорта, моря, развлечений, еды, все рядом! Хочется обязательно вернуться сюда ещё!

This is by far one of the best air bnb in Si Racha, the building is beautiful, the room is clean and everything you need is inside. My favorite thing was the amazing view on the balcony, I will definitly come back there it was perfect

They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear, detailed instructions, making us feel welcome and well-informed. End unit, you can see the ocean from the balcony. Good AC and plenty of parking. Close walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

- early check-in was slightly chaotic, but we got inside - the sea view, though promised, came with an industrial harbor and a noisy motorway below the balcony, slightly disappointing due to the associated noise + Soraya is a great host, responsive, kind, flexible and eager to help + the apartment itself was a highlight - gorgeous, and spacious, with a super comfy bed and a well-designed table perfect for remote work + the bathroom was impressive, with a bubble bath, a luxury toilet, and a washing machine + the amenities were outstanding, including a pool, cinema, golf simulator, library, launderette, and kids' playground on the 4th floor + the 35th floor offered a gym and infinity pool, accompanied by saunas and a hot pool + the entire complex maintained exceptional cleanliness during the whole time + coffee machine and a small shop on the ground floor note: + if you rent a bike, a parking card is needed + 10min to the beach, restaurants, and shopping malls + we would come again

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.
