"Hotel New HIOK" An old miscellaneous building nestled in the corner of the city, close to Kobe Station.There was a space there that was ruined and not used for a long time. At first glance, I felt the potential and eyes of the place where I finished my role, Nishimura, a "abandoned house regeneration architectural group" based in Kobe. The "Artistic Hotel to Stay", which they created with the concept of "secret urban base", opened in August 2023. Total area is 93 ㎡.Renovated an entire 3-story building. * The hotel part is on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and rooftop Because of the living space on the second floor and the bedroom separate structure on the third floor, it can be used spaciously for couples as well as families and groups. The interior utilizes the texture of the concrete and the open space with the ceiling pulled out.The exterior exterior is an unimaginable stylish design to stimulate your sensibilities. There is also an island kitchen with a huge one board.It is also a great place for small events. Notably, the open rooftop space should be noted.Wonderful morning coffee overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city is the best. Enjoy a special Kobe experience in a corner of the city.

Guest House Agai (Western-style room) The owner is a Kumano Kodo guide. Conveniently located within a 30-second walk to a supermarket and bus stop!

"Agape" means "my home" in the local dialect. Please relax as if you were at home. The entire unit is reserved for one group to ensure privacy. There is a main house (Japanese-style room) next door, separated by an outer wall, where one more group can stay. If there are 4 or more people, we recommend booking both the Western-style room and the Japanese-style room. Prices vary depending on the number of people. Please be sure to let us know the exact number of guests staying in the unit. Supermarket (A-COOP Kinan Kumano Kodo Chikatsuyu), bus stop (Kodo Aruki-no-Sato Chikatsuyu), restaurant (Shoji Teahouse), and drive-in (Kodo Aruki-no-Sato Chikatsuyu) are within a 30-second walk, about 500 m to a gas station, and about 5-6 minutes on foot from Kumano Kodo and Kirei Oji. The owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, so he is familiar with walking tours, local attractions, and information, so please let me know if you need anything. We will do our best to accommodate you, such as pick-up and drop-off when you need it. Basically, it is a room only, but we can also arrange meals. The first floor is the living room and the second floor is the bedroom.Size: 108.5 ㎡ (85 ㎡ on the first floor, 23.5 ㎡ on the second floor) If you need more than one bedroom, there are two 10-tatami-mat Japanese-style rooms (with separate entrances, toilets, and verandas) in the back building, so you can use a total of 3 bedrooms.Please let us know at the time of booking.An additional 51.5 ㎡, for a total of 160 ㎡, is available. For breakfast, we have coffee, bread, butter, and eggs from Oniwa Farm, though it is simple. The use of the kitchen is limited to guests staying for more than 3 days. ✳We charge a separate fee for using facilities such as dining for people other than guests, meetings, workshops, events, shoots, etc.Please contact us.

Nishimura-Tei Hanare ― 100-year-old traditional house with kitchen & dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.
