Vacation rentals with a patio in Muskoka District Municipality

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and tidy and very comfortable. We were only 2 people this trip, but loads of room for 4 adults or a family of 6. Two bathrooms a bonus. The view is lovely: the balcony spacious and well furnished. The beds were super comfy, and kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and plates, glasses etc. We had an issue with the A/C and Leah was quick to respond. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

Chris was an amazing host! Greeted me with a home cooked meal since there was no hydro due to the ice storm. Chris made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay for work as comfortable as possible. I would not hesitate to return to this Airbnb. Thanks Chris!

We loved our weekend visit to Joyce's place. Her place was gorgeous, with a spectacular backyard. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and cozy for our small family. Joyce was an excellent host and even lit up the fire for us each evening so we could enjoy.spme fireplace time. Highly recommend! Look forward to staying here the next time we're in Bracebridge.

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful condo! The weather was not great, however, having this space to hangout in and enjoy together made it a memorable experience. It is a well-kept suite and having two washrooms for 2 couples was important and worth the extra money as was the modern and new swanky vibe. It goes without saying that the location is amazing with the window views over the Muskoka landscape...hard to beat! Thanks Shannon :)

Our stay at Our Place Up North was lovely--quiet--and peaceful. We found the unit filled with excellent things needed for a time away--from the kitchen, to the living/sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace and comfortable seating. Debbie is a thoughtful host and communicated well. She left some snacks and a few items to get started with, like coffee and tea. Everything was clean and beautifully arranged. I recommend Debbie as a host.

We had a pleasant stay at Janet's place. Location was conveniently close to a number of restaurants, and winter activities that my kids enjoyed. There were a couple of issues that occurred while we were there (missing appliance and one of the showers not working), and Janet was quick to provide solutions to make our stay comfortable, and even offered us a late checkout.

Excellent place to stay for a staycation!! I travelled with my dog. The house was kept very well and spacious. Loved the surroundings!

Staying at Mine and Karen‘s place has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment is located in a peaceful setting and feels brand new, making you feel at home instantly. The host has been extremely accommodating and communicative as well. Thanks again for everything! So if you’re in the area, don’t hesitate!

Great location, gorgeous views, and top of the line cottage.

The house was very clean, bright and cozy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Short distance to all the stores and restaurants, as well as two Provincial Parks. Would highly recommend this place to those visiting/exploring Huntsville.

Upon our first steps into Leah and Peter’s place we were all in awe due to how beautiful the space was. The kitchen was stunning and the house felting so welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Sooper awesome and amazing host Valeriya!! Valeria’s river house is an extraordinary getaway. She was really awesome and friendly, and was available for us when we arrived even during bad weather and patiently gave us a tour of the house, hot tub and everything available in the vicinity. Valeriya was quick to respond to all our queries and provided flexible check-in time. The place is really awesome with clear instructions. The hot tub was clean and had all amenities next to it. It’s an amazing experience during the night. We enjoyed it. All cooking utensils were neat and clean, we loved cooking and felt right at home. The house was really cozy and comfortable having a fireplace.If you are planning for a sunbath that’s even available with beach view, bring your beach blanket! We stayed at this beautiful cottage for 3 nights with a group of 10 ladies, and it truly was a fantastic experience. Cottage was exactly as mentioned on the site, very comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. From the cozy common areas to the well equipped kitchen and serene surroundings, everything contributed to a memorable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend this lovely place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home!

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s house in Port Sydney, Muskoka! Matt went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the stunning fall colors and the beautiful setting of the house, and responded to any questions within minutes of me asking. The house itself is incredibly clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Muskoka!

I wish we could give 10 stars! Everything from the booking, to the information received beforehand, to communication while we were there, was fantastic. The amenities helped us wind down after a family wedding and celebrate our daughter's birthday! Jesse was very flexible for meeting our family's need and hopes while we were in Huntsville. We had a great time and hopefully will be back soon! PS playing pacman and making espressos were definitely highlights!!!

We recently stayed at Phil’s place and although short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen is very well equipt, beds are comfortable, it was clean, quiet and the views looking over the water were amazing. Be mindful that there are two sets of full stairs to get from the bedrooms to the kitchen but would we go there again, absolutely.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Very responsive. Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful walking trails right across the road. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and within 15 minutes was delivered to us. Would highly recommend!

Quiet location overlooking a stunning lake which we managed to have a swim in (end of May) . Bed super comfy . Sofa bed ok . Car needed to get to restaurants etc but good cooking facilities as an option. Highly recommend a trip to Algonquin park and delighted to spot a moose !
