Vacation rentals with beach access in Muscat

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Amazing

I'm really delighted to write my feedback on Waleed's flat... the place was absolutely amazing so nice, clean and well organized. The location was wonderful..easy to find and close to tourists sites. I'd like also to thank Waleed for being so helpful... in general, the flat is gorgeous and can't recommend it enough.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment boasts a stunning sea view, which was a delightful treat every morning. We stayed for 9 nights, and each day confirmed that we had made the perfect choice. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience make him an outstanding host. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khaled's apartment and wish him all the very best. Essa goes above and beyond to help you, plus the apartment is huge and is on a GREAT location (very walkable). Essa is super kind, friendly and has a lot of recommendations for places (He has been the best host I ever been in contact with).

Le logement était impeccable : propre, bien équipé, bien placé et sécurisé. De plus Ehsan est un hôte très réactif par message et n’hésitera pas à vous aider/vous rendre service. Il propose également des activités touristiques très intéressantes à bas prix. Saeed was an amazing host. Very generous and the place had absolutely everything we need. Service was amazing and he was extremely friendly. Me and my family had an amazing holiday and will do it again for sure!

كانت الإقامة رائعة وهادئه ومريحة جداً، وكان تعامل Mayer ودود جداً ومتعاون من لحظة الوصول الى لحظة المغادرة، وذلك من خلال الإدلاء بجميع الملاحظات والإرشادات الخاصة المسكن والمنطقة المحيطة، بالاضافة الى الاستجابة السريعة عند التواصل، وكذلك قام Mayer بإعطائي ميزة الخروج المتأخر دون طلب، وانا ممتن لذلك كثيراً. أنصح به وبشدة.

This was our second time at this place. It was even better than the last time. I am impressed with the fact that they added new Furniture and interiors to the place. Most importantly they are a great host. Looking forward to visit again.

The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Alloggio ampio in zona residenziale molto tipica e tranquilla. Un pó difficile trovare l’alloggio ma l’host è stato disponibile a guidarci via telefono. Ottima qualità prezzo Unica nota negativa: poche stoviglie

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Het huis was compleet precies wat je nodig hebt als familie! Met diverse Ingebouwde apparatuur in de keuken. Op loopafstand naar de zee en zwembad. Er waren niet voldoende handdoeken aanwezig in het huis maar na contact te hebben gemaakt met Arshad kregen we direct meer handdoeken. De communicatie met Arshad was prettig en reageerd heel snel! Dankjewel voor het verblijf!

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le quartier est très sympathique et l'appartement est proche de la marina ainsi que des commerces/bars. Appartement confortable et globalement bien équipé même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner. La piscine est un gros plus. Je recommande ! Merci

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

Emplacement de rêve, appartement/villa de style méditerranéen sublime, quartier résidentiel... Tout était à un niveau d'excellence rarement vu! Ce que mes amis et moi-même avons adoré ? Absolument tout! Ce que nous avons détesté ? Le moment où il a fallu quitter l'appartement pour rentrer à Paris...! Zahir et son équipe sont aussi discrets que sympathiques, aussi efficaces que professionnels. Expérience à revivre les yeux fermés. Un produit AirBNB à recommander sans l'ombre d'une hésitation. La belle plage de Qurum Beach est atteignable après un bon jogging, un énorme hypermarché très achalandé est à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, et le calme est garanti ! A très vite, sans hésiter, et merci à Zahir.

Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament. Jest czysto, doskonałe miejsce dla rodziny. Byliśmy z 3 dzieci. 15 minut piechotą jest piękny park. W pobliżu 2 minuty od apartamentu są sklepy i restauracje. Polecamy to miejsce.

Ich vergebe selten fünf Sterne, aber hier ist es wirklich gerechtfertigt. Die von Lisa vermietete Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und ist einfach der Prototyp eines Airbnb-Apartments: räumlich großzügig, insbesondere mit den zwei Terassen, praxisgerecht eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und in toller Umgebung. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man in der Wohnung immer einen Durchzug herstellen kann und so auf den Einsatz der Klimaanlagen gut verzichten kann - die Grenze zwischen drinnen und draußen ist aufgehoben. Zu den nächsten Restaurants ist es etwas weiter, aber die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - eine Heißluft-Friteuse (neben Herd und Backofen) haben wir noch nie in einem Apartment vorgefunden ... Elisabeth selbst ist sehr auskunftsfreudig, mit 25 Jahren Lebenserfahrung im Oman kann man sie alles fragen. Außerdem reagiert sie innerhalb von Minuten, sie wohnt nur einige Häuser weiter. Es ist wirklich rein nichts auszusetzen, daher vergebe ich hier 5 Sterne gerne.
