Come in and feel good! The newly renovated apartment with terrace on the basement of a well-kept detached house is quietly located and only about an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn station (S4). (2 stops PH Ludwigsburg and 27 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station). Living and bedroom are bright and spacious and are currently still furnished. In addition, the kitchen is under construction and will be complete by the end of 2025. The entrance is separate into a small hallway or wardrobe.

A bright apartment with balcony on the first floor of an apartment building. A carport is available. The village is quiet and green, good for bike rides and walks. Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A bakery (max. 5 min walk) and also other shopping (DM, Kaufland, Lidl etc.). Feel at home. :-) Enjoy!

Welcome to Murr! You will feel comfortable with us. Murr is a small, lovable village located between Stuttgart and Heilbronn. It is quiet, green and tranquil here. Well suited for bike rides and walks, as well as excursions in the surrounding area.
