Nicely updated guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and plenty of property to explore. Queen bed in master bedroom, full size bed in secondary bedroom, pull-out (queen) sofa in Livingroom. Single bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry room with exterior access. Large screened porch with ample seating for relaxing and enjoying the views of the 4 ponds. Additional covered picnic/ lounge area. We live in the main house on the property, the cottage is separate the driveway is shared. Catch and release fishing.

Christel's home was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. easy to find. her directions were spot on and it was helpful the way her directions provided a photo with exact parking information. The space was very clean and comfortable. I will say that this location was one of the nicest that we've stayed in over the years. I would highly recommend! Also, even though it's in North Augusta, it's just over the river from Downtown Augusta. Not even 10 minutes to the Riverwalk.

Kevin’s place was quite and very clean. It was clutter free and laid out well. I did not have to contact host during my stay as instructions were clear and everything I needed was readily available and easy to locate. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Ray’s CCCC Airbnb while visiting my in-laws in North Augusta. The location is very convenient, very quiet neighborhood but close to other parts of town. Ray was so helpful and had no problem with our late midnight check in, which was so seamless because of the door code access and stairs leading right to the guest bedroom. The room was amazing, super comfortable, clean, and cool with an air conditioner. The restroom is conveniently located right next to the room, it was one of the best guest room set ups I’ve seen! Looking forward to our next visit!

Best AirBNB we have stayed at. Very much a comfortable home away from home. The owners thought of so many little conveniences that were wonderful. Very well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood, with quick access to everywhere we went during our stay. We would recommend this home to everyone and will definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Augusta GA again.
