Very peaceful apartment, in a quiet building. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It's also very functional. The bedding is quality, and it's lovely. To top it all off, Guilhem offers a very friendly personalized welcome. I was able to enjoy the secure parking. Bus number 28 took me to the very center very quickly. If necessary, I will repeat the experience without hesitation!

Highly recommended! Pristine apartment, clean and spacious with quality fittings and amenities. Very convenient location for exploring the sights and streets of Toulouse. Great area for restaurants and local attractions. Delightful to have the fresh fruit and vegetable market right at the doorstep each morning. Short, easy walk to the train station. Jordan and Liliane were very responsive and helpful, as well as proactive with recommendations. Best of all, black out blinds, silent environment and the most comfortable bed! This is an excellent apartment for getting a full night’s rest, right in the centre of Toulouse.

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

Minimalist apartment, spacious and bright. The living room opens onto a balcony that is not overlooked, and well oriented. Huge TV screen. The Wifi works well. You can easily find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance of the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away... great for unloading and reloading the car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last moment, with my 2 small dogs, I thank her warmly. I found the mattress in the room a little hard for my taste. I appreciated being able to stay until noon.

Very nice modern apartment, clean, with full equipment, as in the photos and description. Quiet and secure in a beautiful private residence with numbered parking for the car. We arrived outside the hours mentioned in the listing, almost 2 hours late, Nathalie was there to welcome us with a smile. And in-person key exchange. Nathalie is very welcoming, who does everything to be pleasant, very helpful, for example, when we met her by chance in the small shopping center where we were shopping and who brought us and our very heavy bags back to the residence with her car.
