Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Thank you for the kind service! We really enjoyed staying here this week. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and overall, we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

This place was amazing , we fell In love with it , to be able to swim every day ( several times a day )was a joy , the bay is stunning , surrounded by mountains it is purely magical. The apartment is as described , compact but has everything you need , we were very happy there . The private area for sunbathing and swimming has such amazing views we were blown away . The location is about 20 min drive to Kotor old town and around 20 mins drive to Perast , the road is busy but for us it didnt distract from the location at all , there is a nice little beach bar a couple of minute walk along the road and a restaurant opposite ( we didn’t use the restaurant as it is a meat and fish restaurant and we are veggies , but the beach bar was great . We hired a car and this allowed us to get out and about and explore the stunning area , although I think there are buses that go past regularly . Jovica and family are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for the beers and cakes ?

I've never seen a host more polite than Desa, Darko's mother. She is a very sweet and helpful person. They were very helpful even with our slightest need. Also, the location and view of the house are very nice. Thank you, kind Desa 🌸🌸🌸

It was very enjoyable to spend 3 days of our Montenegro holiday here. Mima and Neda were very interested and focused on quick solutions to every problem. We didn't want to leave the house. The sea was full of seaweed, but it was deep and beautiful when you went a little further. It was very good for us to be away from the city noise under the stars at night

I cannot thank Ivona enough for such a pleasant stay, the home was stunning, clean and had many amenities, the home had the most beautiful scenic view of the mountains and lake. Ivona helped us with loads of recommendations and offered us taxi services (which saved us from being scammed at the airport). She’s very responsive and kind, overall 10/10 would most definitely recommend!!

This was by far the best place I've stayed in Kotor. The view and the balcony is just amazing and is enough of a reason to choose this house. The house was very clean, the furniture and household items were plenty and great. As someone who has also stayeda while here and in different houses in the old town, I would say it's definitely the better choice to rent outside of it as it's usually a few minutes of walk to the old town. The only downside I would say is the ongoing construction sites around the residence but I can't really blame the host for that. Overall great experience!

Excellent apartment in a quiet and wonderful area. Access to beaches on foot, you pay for very nice and public ones too, if you want. Very good restaurants to walk to and eat while looking at the wonderful landscape by the sea. If you want to go downtown, you must have a car or a taxi, but I only recommend it once to get to know it. Staying there, in the apartment area, is the most recommended. The host is amazing!! Super friendly, always advising us on walks, restaurants and suggestions for everyday life, for example, anticipating that supermarkets close on Sundays, so we can take this into account. Super, super recommended!!

What an incredibly nice cottage! We really felt at home for 10 days. We slept 1 night somewhere else, but wanted to get back soon! The decor is cozy, cozy and equipped with everything. Everything is very neat, tidy and clean! With also big compliments for the bathroom, lovely shower! The location is beautiful with a beautiful view. The balcony was a favorite spot of ours. However, you really need a car. It is not within walking distance of a center, for example, but we did not find that a problem. The tranquility you can return to in the cottage is wonderful! Dejan is very friendly and helpful. The contact went super well, nothing is too much as long as you enjoy yourself :) In short; nothing negative! Compliments!

We spent a week in Danijela’s apartment which is everything we were hoping to be, very clean with all amenities, beautiful and roomy terrace with a fantastic view of the bay. Location is quiet and about 30 minute walk to old city. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Kotor and would recommend staying with Danijela both for short or long term visits.

We stayed 4 nights for our trip to Montenegro. The view of the house was great. It was a very peaceful place. The house was also very clean and tidy. The only flaw was that there was no washing machine. But it said there was no washing machine, we didn't notice. Still, Ms. Vera tried to help us with this right away. Thank you so much. We were very pleased, I recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Pool, lake views - everything! The location was perfect—peaceful but close enough to explore Kotor easily. The host was amazing: friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was quick and smooth from start to finish. We felt right at home and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The flat is exactly as it's explained. You have great wiew from the window in the day and it's really peaceful also at night. The hot tub is great. Privacy could be a bit of a problem because bathroom is inside the room, there is a window separating it, but it's not big deal. The location is like 20-25 min walk to old town. Knowing all these i recommend the flat for sure.

Simply outstanding! Amazing view of KOTOR. Ideally located for visiting the bay. Very popular pool after sightseeing. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, well-equipped apartment. Quiet space. Excellent value for money, the location and view was amazing. We got this place specifically for the view and it was even better than we expected. It is situated just on the entrance of the old town and only a few minutes walk away from the main things. Host is excellent too, responsive and friendly with very clear instructions.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and above all very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby as well as several restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place and would happily come back :)

Absolutely stunning BnB. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was also 10/10 with some delicious food right downstairs. Hosts had very clear communication and they also answered any questions we had about Kotor. Absolutely worth every penny paid, and I would suggest that you go for this place if you’re thinking about it!
